A launch can look correct on the developer's computer but fail on the public domain. A short checklist helps catch the issues that most affect visitors and search discovery.
Check the published experience
- Open key pages on a phone and desktop using the public hostname.
- Submit every important form and test phone, email, and booking links.
- Verify titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, robots settings, and sitemap output.
Keep a backup of the prior site and know how to restore it. Announce the launch only after the actual published routes and contact paths work.
