A small final review catches problems that are easy to miss while building. Treat the submission as a project another developer must install, run, and inspect without your help.

Run the project as a reviewer

  • Follow the README in a clean checkout and confirm the documented commands work.
  • Run the tests and explain any known gaps rather than hiding them.
  • Try keyboard navigation, invalid input, empty states, and a narrow viewport where those states apply.

Keep the delivery honest

Remove debug output, unused secrets, and files that should not be shared. Do not add a large framework or feature just to make the project look more complex.

Include a short note describing what is complete, what you chose not to build, and any assumptions you made. A clear scope is easier to evaluate than an unfinished collection of extras.
